I am looking for referrals for an accountant with experience in real estate investment taxes, business entity creation, tax planning, and tax preparation.

Hey All- I look at long term hold style deals that are fed to me through MLS, Foreclosure Websites and referrals.

This was a delusion promoted by foreclosure defense attorneys in order to get homeowners signed up on the "$500/mo. plan".

He works full time at a big name HVAC and just does this on the side for referrals and people he knows. 

@Richard Ball  PS my other reason is Tesla has a referral network I am certain I put people in my Telsa that live and work in my Hood.. and I drive them to the airport on Autopilot never touching anything I will sell them .. what happens is you have a customer code..

It would be great if there was some type of group to unify like minded investors to aid and promote in this development.

I was thinking that would make them good for referral leads and "driving for dollar" leads rather than for mass mailings.
