I think there will be a lot of tenants that confuse "not being evicted" with "not having to pay rent".If you have a tenant playing games, then make sure all the notices required in your jurisdiction are posted correctly so things can proceed when able/allowed.We've had two tenants pay rent today.

Maybe eventually a while down the road the property would cash flow with continuous raised rents, but for the most part it's a negative cash flow play.
