@Lee Perry I have been using the zillow platform to screen tenants on around 30 doors that I self manage in Berwyn and Cicero here in Illinois.

@Rada Vassileva interesting method outside of calling the town halls for future developments is to search the towns on social media platforms and search those towns to see what's been trending.
