If you have incoming leads or a database of expired listings, preforclosure, etc. you register a new phone number with your EIN (we help with this) and then plug your social media, email, into the AI.

It’s a third story addition, which is no petty construction task, so if you are the GC of record, you are gonna have to start making phone calls to insurance providers to see IF they’ll insure you as an unlicensed entity.

No legitimate company will speak to someone like that.

In many cases, but definitely not all, students partner with Cody's development company to handle the entitlements and the exits to homebuilders for a profit share which can be mid-six figures for simply bird dirt-dogging the deal.  

On the other side many major companies are investing in Austin so growth looks strong in many aspects.
