Looking to speak with someone who has personally been involved with a deal where the buyer assumed the loan. 

I was wondering if anyone had any advice for me for raising funds for investing?

I personally try to Minimze the GFIs.  

The thing I see with many who contact me looking for us to fund deals for them is their basic inability to do simple math..

It's important to me to find the right person who is willing to work hands-on and side-by-side with me on a project.

His name is on the construction loan and it is secured as well as the cash to purchase the property came from a heloc from his personal residence. 

I am personally not attached to things so I would sell everything vs paying for storage or risking renting to a less-than-ideal tenant. 

@Bryan Hancock @Michael Timothy Unfortunately, real estate crowd funding platforms do not raise equity for deals where the property cannot be identified in advance (bulk SFR or funds). 

I have funded quite a few Tax sale purchases on bare land in FLA and my clients I lent money to did well with them.. but they are spot lots. and they sold pretty quick on the open market not sure having habitat as a buyer is any bonus for U.

What matters is that you are the host not another person or company.
