Downside is that I will need to pay city tax coming out to be $150-200 in taxes.Living outside of the city of Philadelphia I would be saving around $2,800 in 8 months - which is the time I believe I will be ready to purchase a home to house hack.Do you think it's best to live outside of the city with no city tax and save those $2,800.
