Good Afternoon!

I am new to real estate investing and I am very eager to learn as much as I can about the industry. I have a little background in the capital markets sector of commercial real estate appraisal/valuations, but investing is totally new to me. If any one has any ideas on how I can become more well versed and dive right in please let me know!
