Best Markets For Fix/Flip OTP
I'm a new investor looking to start flipping houses in the Atlanta market, preferably outside the perimeter. I live in the Lilburn area, but I haven't see many distressed houses on the market for potential flips. Any recommendations on other neighborhoods that have a healthy mix of distressed/retail properties?

@Micah Redden is spot on. Lilburn's investment market is strong with relatively low entry prices and strong retail demand. I would also suggest looking to the south in Snellville/Stone Mountain. These two markets are also low entry with strong retail demand, also less rehab needed than intown rehabs. There are plenty of off-market deals in all of these markets that you could take advantage of. Shoot me a PM and I can share some contacts.
