Good Morning Everyone! 

I was sitting here reading the news this morning and lo and behold I see the US government is close to pushing another stimulus package as well as lengthening the “no eviction” mandate to the end of the year.

But, you must check the MLS first thing in the morning.

I didn't know him well, but even in my worst days, I looked forward to seeing him every morning.

I talked to a guy this morning that got one of our postcards, but wanted me to go look at the property and mail him an offer amount, not a call back or meetup.

The buyers flat out said they would not be closing the next morning if that specific system was not replaced or they were given a credit at closing.  

Everything in this market sells in the first week below the 500k price point, so why spend the money on a photographer when an agent can shoot on their phone late on a Thursday, put it on the MLS Friday morning, have it under contract before Sunday night.
