Forgive my oversimplified view of the world, but does seem to me that supply will increase to meet demand. 

Would love to meet or bounce ideas off of each other at some point.

Look up RIREIG, they are active in your area, and meet regularly.  

Now I realize he was a wholesaler but he was super paranoid.. he would not give me the address until we met and talked.. and he said he wanted to do business with what he called a friend so he wanted to meet for drinks ( Dutch of course LOL)  I told him I have plenty of friends don't need anymore and I don't want to have drinks with you.. if you don't want to give me the address then there is nothing more for us to talk about..

@Marc Padilla If Jax is your area of focus, I'd definitely recommend joining JaxREIM on meetup (more of a marketplace where wholesalers and investors message each other) and also check out the JaxREIA website - that is more of a traditional REIA with regular local meetings and education - and time a visit to JAX around one of their meetings.Welcome to BP!
