You should then receive a physical collateral file if not already an electronic one - Collateral file is a a file which contains all of the previous mortgage paper work including things like alonges, deeds, borrower personal information such as bank accounts and credit scores at the time of the sale, pretty much all the paperwork submitted, required at the time of the sale.

That's the only way I know of to be involved in a RE transaction without having any of your own money, but it's hard work.

Planning on partnering with my cousin on a property and since obviously we file separate tax returns, I figure it'll be easier to manage profit sharing through the LLC.Whether or not we buy the actual property through the LLC is to be seen, but based on the bit of research I've done, that is unlikely.

I have had many airplanes over the years and boy talk about here today and gone tomorrow and in the US you are not legally bound like other countries to file a flight plan so you can just stay out of Class Bravo airpace and no one will ever know where your at.

From what I understand, when a bank does a REFINANCE, they lend up to 75% of the VALUE, rather than the COST, allowing me to avoid a 25% down payment, and making it possible to pull equity out.Should I file the Land Contract with the Register of Deeds?
