We got married (Yay), however we paid for it, we had a party for our family and friends and then we took a vacation to a resort that if you stayed there for 7 days it included a legal US wedding, (we didn't invite anyone, as we didn't want anyone to feel like they had to come and spend money to get to where we were getting married and we didn't want to increase the cost of our wedding).  

It's inviting problems.I might suggest that if you and the kid go in to a clean house and take the doors off and take them to his house to finish them or maybe to your backyard that you'd be better off from a liability insurance standpoint.Use your best judgment....

Actually, a fair comparison would be: You live with a big family (there are many more people living in this country than just you) and some people in your family invite someone for dinner and because they heard that they can do some things that need doing in your house, they offered to pay to fix those things.  

Use a purple invitation envelope or something along those lines.

From a personal experience, I can tell you that I met David Phelps almost a year ago when I was invited to attend as a part of one of the Trusted Advisors' groups. 

I am also wondering if we invite him inside our house and studio, maybe he can find other issues that can be used against us etc?
