My job is to coach  and provide sales development experience to the team.

Just tell them upfront that prior to final payment for the task, the job will have to be reviewed, and to expect 3-5 days for final payment.

They know you trust you realize you have a good day job etc etc.  

The more positive and proactive responsibility that people have in anything, the happier they will be and their quality will improve as well.
