Is there a large university there for events, graduations etc?

If I couldn't get someone in there within a month of lease end I would make a few cosmetic updates, up the rent a bit and aim to start a new lease in the summer months to attract graduate students and families before the school year starts. 

I am only 21 and am still in school but I do have a full time job lined up after graduation this winter. 

And my daughter was the first in our family to graduate Collage and that has landed her an executive position at Intel and total financial security before she was 40 with ZERO help from dear ole dad. !!! 

I'm a recent college graduate and hopefully I can have a fraction of the success you have achieved in such a short amount of time. 

Based on the research I have done, my timeline looks like the following:- Virtual wholesaling from now until May of 2025 when I graduate.

I'm 24, just graduated college in May and just recently started with my post-grad career.

So now I’ve graduated to 3 months later and now people just ignore my emails.

Hey everyone I'm a 22-year-old that just graduated from the University of Buffalo, I graduated with a bachelor's in Computer Science, for about 2 years I've been researching and strategizing on how to become financially free as soon as possible.

Investments are more affordable in Lubbock and my spouse is originally from the area and graduated from TTU.We have been pre-approved by a local bank for funding but are currently searching for a realtor experienced with out of state investors.
