It’s a 1,000sq ft 2 bed 1 bath house with a new chain link fence and new 15x20 shop and comes with 3 large lots with electric/water/gas hookups all clear ready for whatever my wife and I want to do with it(potentially duplexes)..

It is all about old fashioned networking.  

Great area, close to shopping, plenty of restaurants and convenient to the airport.

When you go for a loan go "shopping" to find the best deal but getting an insured loan will be a little easier to get. 

Some town will have more demand then supply, while other town could be over saturated, and another dead duck 🦆 with high vacancy because the main employer close the shop.

Part of the other crap in the back yard was a shopping cart - very convenient!
