Looking for a Multifamily property(15-50 units) in CT, RI, or MA

Im having a difficult time finding deals in CT, RI or MA. Does anyone have some non traditional advice to finding off market deals? And if anyone is looking to potentially sell, I'm interested :)

Finding a good broker to get on your team is a great start. That comes through networking...go to local meetups.

It is all about old fashioned networking. Most people don't like hearing it, but deals will begin to flow organically once you have established yourself as someone who can produce. It only takes a few key relationships to get things in motion.
