The bonus is that it has an Airbnb license and setup in the basement.The real issue is that while I have excellent credit, I have minimal funds for a down payment (about 5%). 

One thing that helps us is that we have an excellent track record of almost 30 years in our community in our construction business and in our rental business, so there is already a certain level of trust there.

The pros are that it can cash flow very well if you are in a high demand area and you do an excellent job decorating your property.

Right now we are using Excel sheets to track and manage projects, and it feels like an insane way of doing things!

It has a couple drawbacks one being that it has some concrete will need to be excavated as it used to be a trailer park, but the location is excellent.

I am excellent with people and I feel that these are my biggest strengths.Hoping you all are having the best week and absolutely smashing it out there.
