I wanted to see if there was anyone out there that has used Microsoft excel to keep track of the ROIs of there properties?

In need of an excellent CPR attorney because I currently have a Kaneohe property under contract that I plan on CPR'ing.

Just looking for the automated transaction piece so that I don't have to go back to Excel.

@Rene HosmanIf it’s too much to do in excel I have a bookkeeper handle it - now there are overseas companies that can be very cost effective as well.

Use tools like BiggerPockets Rental Property Calculator and Excel templates.
