For larger rooms, I used to use a contrasting tile and make a checkerboard pattern (white tiles with blue flakes/blue tiles,white tiles with black flakes/black tiles, etc), or sometimes just an accent border.

In my opinion thoes days are long gone but could return in about 15 years or so they say 5 million + people will be moving to california in the next few years so the demand for homes will be up they better have a minimum of 3 years verifiable employment and credit too alot of home owners here are from mexico were 5 family with 5 incomes to suport the loan

I say SI because when you start a rental business it's really a self employed investment so the shift takes a bit longer than in RK's books.

With my brother, we have an employment agreement, he gets a salary (and commission) and he officially doesn't have any say in the company direction, strategy or high-level decisions (though we highly value his opinions and always consider them).
