How to employ sales person

Hello All,

My friend has a real estate company in which is the only employee/employer (broker-in-charge). Now I would like to join him as his first employee.

Could someone please let me know if there is a process that he needs to follow to convert his one man company to a multi employee company.

Any pointers will be appreciated. Thanks in Advance.
