Hi SteveThanks for your comment.You make a good point and I hope you are right but I am not willing to be a test case.I am not qualified to say, don’t do it, just that the government has the resources to prove their point that the subject of the “referral†ultimately paid.

If they do that they can not join the world of regular, honest folkswho play by the rules and own a home, unless they show enough to buy.Beware too that those with illegal activities, like drug dealers, will not want to show where money comes from.

Waterbury seems to be a tough area with lots of vacancy and perhaps some areas where drugs are a concern. the current owner of the property in question is now in jail. this is everything I know about Waterbury.
