This will cloud title in most instances and keep another buyer from "back-dooring" you and the seller will find it more difficult to make a claim of you slandering his title if he agreed to it contractually.

The City of Columbia can be incredibly difficult to deal with and always seem to find a way to say "no" to just about everything. 

You learn to be professional and not laugh early on, when you're working with brand new real estate agents who refer 'clients' to you who have no income, no credit, and no savings, but are dead serious that they want to buy a $1.5m house in San Jose oh and by the way they also want the lowest interest rate they can find advertised on the shadiest corner of the internet. 

Hi @Julian QuinteroAs far as lenders go here's my take; as a Realtor myself I find it easiest to have my clients go through lenders I have worked with before.

I need a good ready to hang solution.For this same reason (being 3000 miles away), it is difficult for me to match colors.
