This gives us skin in the game  before during and after the sale.  

They are not closed doors but you'll have to work some things out before you can slam down the pig skin for a victory dance.  

Because the bricks are so old and unmatchable, my insurance company offered to rebuild the pillar then apply PAINT to all of the rest of the pillar bricks to make it the same color, but not to all of the rest of the brick building.Painting is a temporary solution needing to be redone every year and I want the bricks to match.

Some posters on BP with thick skin (like me) will tell you to knock on the door anyway.

If I'm understanding correctly, the investor is the only one in this deal who is going to have any skin in the game.

Beams will be stained to match new engineered dark floors.

To use other people's money most investors/hard money lenders will want you to have 25% skin in the game.

The FHA, to date, includes seven protected classes: race, color, religion, national origin, sex, disability, and familial status.

Both are a lighter oak color.

I am not a wholeseller so I have no skin in this deal, in fact I passed on it as I can't make the numbers meet my criteria.
