Hey guys I'm new at this, I'm looking to get in to flipping, I live in New York City I have roughly 20k liquid and I have a 780 credit score, any ideas on how to start I always see this shows on how to flip real state without using your own money is that true ? Or do I need a ton of money to get starter I'm also very well acquainted with contractors and developers since most of my family and friends are in that industry. Any feedback is appreciated
