I do not think this is being done properly and transparency is lacking, but she already has tenant rights. 

What do you think of this proposed law?

I think they would tell you informally if they think it is allowable or not. 

Do you think 2024 will beat the current record from 2014? 

For example, I often see Buyers purchase property thinking there is a $1,000 deposit but then the tenant claims it was $2,000 because they paid the last month's rent.
