In the past, I've found them both to be good sources of information when it comes to getting to know the market and finding out what can mobile homes can sell and/or rent for in the area.

Foreclosures are a good source of deals also.  

So I’m ready to get out there, the only thing I have left to do is figure out what legal entity to choose and what bank to start my business account with.My short term goals are to source enough deals to either wholesale or sale for retail with a realtor who will split with me.

Hi All,I'm a long-distance investor and a foreign citizen with several rentals in Cleveland and Florida.lately, I was looking to extract some equity from my estate to roll it over to more properties by utilizing the known BRRRR method.I'm looking for a comprehensive data source to get me started and get the bits and bytes of this operation, mainly the financing aspect and a list of recommended borrowers to touch base with. 

We feel extremely fortunate to have made the decisions we have based on learning what we could from bigger pockets.Our problem now is that we would very much want to purchase one or two more homes but unfortunately as the main source of income, my job was eliminated this past May due to Covid.

I think college benefits you as a person and improves your critical thinking as well as written and verbal skills.  

MLS is the true source of data, so that agent/realtor relationship is important.You can never analyze enough properties -- the more you do, the easier it becomes. 

It does not look at return from other sources. 

I was hoping for a single source because some sites have some of the cities and the different sites use different years, so I'm not truly comparing apples to apples.

I used Listsource before for single family home and  would like to know what other strategies/sources others use or any tips.
