Banks often stop paying the taxes when the escrow money for taxes gets used up because the owner stopped paying the mortgage.

Hold people accountable, don't keep the same crew for every time, make sure money is being respected in the way you can control it and have your *** backed by the contracts you sign with these folks.

My assumption is either they moved out before the eviction was finalized or they paid whatever money was due and the landlord dropped the eviction, would that be somewhat accurate explanation of how this "dismissed without prejudice" would appear on someone's record?
