You're very confident that my opinion is worthless; what's the cutoff age for having an informed opinion?

Here are some of the resources that I don’t see mentioned too often that really helped me start with confidence and that made me money(or saved me from losing it) on my early deals while I was gaining experience:*The first 150 episodes of the BiggerPockets podcast.  

I don't feel confident  just searching it myself.

You have to be confident in your top offer and know that if someone outbids you, you were at your max.

It is located in a prime location, we are confident it will appreciate quickly, is in a great school district, historically very low crime rate, etc. 

I was not the highest offer but he was confident I wouldn't back out of the deal when I saw there was work needed to be done.

My loans were at 8% and I didn't know enough about investing to feel confident I could earn a higher return, so I made the decision to go all in and pay off my student loans as fast as I could.

Also I’m fairly confident this would be the tenants duty to remove back to its original existence before modifications were made.
