Hi All!

I began my REI journey over a year ago, listening to BP podcasts and scouring the forums here for any info on investing. I've recently ventured into wholesaling as a way to build capital and relationships for future investments. I just purchased my first set of bandit signs, bought my first list and skip traced. Now I'm ready to make some calls to potential sellers!

I know that this path will not be quick or easy but this has began to feel like a calling that I must commit to in order to help others. Thanks to all who have shared your stories here or on the podcasts and videos! You've grown my confidence in my ability to make this happen. This post will be the first of many as I begin my journey of being able to provide more value than I receive.
