Recently discovered BP and have been silently lurking on the forums over the past few weeks trying to gain as much knowledge as possible.

I guess if there was a way around this, someone smarter than me would have discovered it a long time ago. 

Over the past year of studying real estate, I have discovered a different way of thinking about how REI works and am pulling together a plan and the steps I need to take action NOW!

Hi Guys, I discovered this forum through a Brandon Turner (Real Estate Author) as I am looking to start investing in real estate as passive income that can lead to me doing it full time.

I dont have the law off the top of my head but Indiana Electric and Power discovered that the old meters tended to explode once reconnected after awhile.  

Nope.Thursday while doing the walk-through I discovered wet carpets in rooms adjacent to master bath.

I am hopefully getting close to getting my first rental property but I had a few things I was trying to research which lead me to discovering BP. 

So imagine my excitement when I discovered that flipping/wholesaling was a THING.

After reading Rich Dad Poor Dad, I am eager to discover the many ways to invest and becoming financially free via real estate.My goals are:Discover the many ways to invest in real estateLearn the tax advantages/pros & cons of eachNetwork with professionals in the industry Take action The path ahead is long and bumpy but with my interest and ambition, I am confident I can make my first investment in the next couple of years.With this being said to all the gurus on the site, does anyone have any recommendations on where I should start?  

Since we are upfront about our actual numbers (based on historical data, not pro-forma estimates of expenses etc) with any and all potential clients - and actually go out of our way to ensure they understand not just the ROI calculation, but exactly how each component figure is determined - I would say we are actually doing a better job than most at educating our clients.
