The property is zoned commercial and we are trying to determine the best way to finance the property after we close on the deal. 

I am exploring my next real estate move, and open to all types of asset classes (multi-family, commercial, farmland etc) and abroad. 

The estimated mortgage is cheap enough that even if I didn't have any tenants, it wouldn't really be a financial burden, and would actually be only marginally more expensive than renting commercial space for my growing business.

There is no inspection period, and the interior of most homes is not accessible, so you usually have no idea what the interior condition is.

It is in a downtown environment with access to pubs, highways, etc.

But, it seems like MLS access might not be a huge advantage?
