Indy is a very diverse city and it can vary block to block so focusing on townships isn't going to be very meaningful.

I target few areas and i have preset from my agent and i analyze few properties a day but some neighbourhood is block by block.

@Alex Coke In Denver it's common for house hackers to rent out bedrooms individually, or to block off a section of the house to rent long or short term.
