Looking for insight from anyone investing in Single Family and/or Small Multi Family’s in Birmingham Alabama.

I'm selling my current rental in Nashville, and looking at more affordable markets like Birmingham to start BRRRR'ing in. Is this a strong market, or no? If so, what parts of town would you recommend?

    @Luka Milicevic it's a SFR 3-2 in East Nashville. Currently has renters through May. 90 y/o tutor with lots of character, and rehab opportunity.
