House hack with "Jack and Jill" bathroom

Hey all!

I am on the final stretch of purchasing my first property and I am looking to house hack it. It is a big 5 beds/4.5 bath house. My dilemma comes for the upstairs rooms. As you can see in my very artsy sketch below I have 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. But one of the bathrooms is a "Jack and Jill" type of bathroom with doors opening inside. I plan to add keyless electronic locks for all bedrooms (to the hallway) but don't know what to do with two rooms (#2 and #3) cause a person from one room could walk into the other person's room through the bathroom.

So far I came up with a few scenarios:
1) Bedroom#1 and bedroom #2 share bath#1.
Bedroom#3 has its own bathroom with blocked door two bedroom#2 (could use help with an easy and reversible way of how to make sure the door is blocked and not usable from bedroom#2 nor gives bedroom#3 access to bedroom#3)
2)Bedroom#1 uses bath#1
Bedroom#2 and bedroom#3 shares bath#3
(How to ensure privacy and access to somebody's else room through the bathroom?)

It would be ideal if I could find two friends who might be willing to share bath#2 and live in bedroom#2 and bedroom#3 but I am pretty sure it will be very tough to make it reality.

Have any of you been in this kind of situation? What would you do and how?

P.s. I am gonna be using the master bedroom with its own bathroom and then there is one more bedroom with a full bathroom downstairs, so the issue is only with these 3 bedrooms and 2 bathroom allocation. Also, there is 0.5 bathroom on the main floor for guest so no guest should ever be using the upstairs bathrooms.
