I was taken by an absolutely beautiful property I saw in Hartford, VT and was wondering if anyone had any experience with the market up there? 

It is always that you hear stories about John getting an amazing deal (ONCE) and Dianne got an other incredible deal (ONCE) and Jerrimaima, got a KILLER deal just last week (ONCE, never to hear from Jerrimaima again).Now what is ONE single person (like me) gets ALL the leads, the good ones the bad ones, the crazy good ones and even the bad ones, and that beautifully handsome person (me) simply cherry picks the best deals.

Our home is only 4 years old and in beautiful condition.

Assembled the team (principally architect and builder).Brought vision of creating a unique, beautiful ocean front home that did not copycat other home designs in the Outer Banks.

Baked in 20K worth of a furniture allowance and furnished the STR with durable high-end rustic cabin furniture and my wife decorated it beautifully.

Its a beautiful thing.In your case, you need to eliminate the risk to learn if there is a reward.  

The properties as stated in the title is located in the Florida panhandle (30 miles for beautiful Beaches) which could be a good tax benefit to many companies along with no state income tax to the work force. 

I currently own my house and have done some projects to help fix it up and have enjoyed the satisfaction of taking something a little beat up and making it beautiful again.

A tip for anyone that is in real estate, if you can ever find a buyer that is run and or funded by a government, it's a beautiful thing; They have deep pockets and will almost always overpay for it.
