You'd need the address, unit age, additional buildings (garage, pool house, carports, etc), and whether the unit is occupied or not.

Within 14 days landlord must notify tenant of their mailing address.

I spoke with a builder broker in the area who was REALLY interested in meeting me and asking me for the addresses but as soon as I brought up signing NDA/Non-compete he never replied. 

You can give them deposit slips with their address on it so they can despot directly into your account. 

I wonder how others are addressing the issue of overseeing the contractors work. 

Tell them to send you an address where you can send their deposit refund.

It depends on how much you care about having your home address on a public document. 

I thought I had a fairly distant relationship  Then 2 weeks ago I receive a text from a tenant I had to evict a year ago for nonpayment They right out ask for my home address.  ?!?!

If they couldn’t even Google the address it’s clear to see why they couldn’t make it work. 

Other issues that have come up include the required 60 day notice on the part of the landlord to terminate a tenancy at will (month to month lease) or make other changes to the monthly lease, the importance of adding your address to the lease and requirements if a landlord owns 10 or more properties or has these handled through an outside source.I don't know where you reside but getting someone with a FICO score of 740 is almost impossible around here.
