I'd also recommend a few YouTubers/Influencers: Realestate Duru - which I believe he's been a guest on Bigger Pockets multiple times and Liliinvest - She has a good series of videos taking you from the beginning of her house hack to wholesaling journey to now where she's investing in large multi-families and has gotten involved in other real estate projects. 

It also wouldn't hurt to go through the BP video library here or on youtube to see if you can dig up something that might help. 

But, I am still confused by the varying inputs I found.Can someone point me at a site or YouTube video or something that can break down the specifics of this program?  

There are many step by step tutorials on youtube that defines each section of the contract.

Been a fan of his YouTube for awhile now.

Go to youtube and search:  rent to own, lease option.   

Produce content for social media (Facebook, Youtube, Instagram) and most importantly...OWN some rentals yourself. 

We take videos and created a free Youtube channel to store them on - so we don't have to worry about storage space.You can set the channel to "private" or "unlisted".

I'm fuzzy on the details right now but home renovision is a YouTube channel with a couple of videos on soundproofing existing spaces.
