But I expect that to change and be more defined.To give you an idea, one of the officials said mowing a lawn is essential to health and safety, but an elective landscaping project, is notSo I would GUESS< feta ING a non functioning furnace or hot water heater, or a roof with holes might be essential, remodeling your bathroom, or a house no one lives in may not be. 

Most offer limited maint services after hours - water leaks, heat/ac, lock outs.

I had a leaky toilet in a flip I was working on...Turned out to be a 1300 water bill..We have no idea how long this will last. 

My capex budget includes roof 25 year life span, floors 10 year life span, appliances and hot water heater 12 year life span, hvac 20 year life span, bath and kitchen remodel 20 year life span.

hey everyone, im about to close on my second rental, this place is a SFH with a holding tank,  i plan on having the tank pumped before renting it out.  in the lease i want to include the renter to have the tank pumped...

In other words, if you replace a water heater, make sure you're replacing it with a like water heater.

I'm not HVAC specialist but from my understanding the chiller systems have shared water pipes but not necessarily shared duct work.

I sure don't want to be worrying about it in July, keeping me from water fun and bbq's 😎
