Does anyone have any suggestions on how to find helpers or what google search term I should be using I thought about contacting temp agencies to see if they had workers too this is really frustrating any info would be greatly appreciated as we are trying to be finished in at least 2 weeks if not sooner

In any case, I would let them know what your plan is if they don't return the money- that you will escalate this to the managing broker, then to the real estate board, state real estate licensing agency, and small claims court or whatever, communicating by email followed with registered mail.
