is it worth it to sue a contractor

Is it worth it to sue a roofer for a new roof costing $7200 that has leaked ever since it was installed (1yr) and he has walked away not solving the problem. I've also paid someone else to fix these issues and it's still not fixed. I'm now seeing interior damage that will cost more to fix.

Honestly using an attorney is likely to be a waste of money in this instance. You may want to file in small claims court yourself. Also check with DLLR to see if they are licensed in this state. The PA license will have no bearing here. (Im assuming your property is in MD and not PA since you are located in MD)
