Hi Bigger apartmentsPockets Community!

I'm looking for Landlords within the Tri-State of NYC #Brooklyn, #Queens, #Bronx, #Staten Island, #Manhattan with vacant apartments just sitting there. I'm working with a agency looking to place victims of Domestic Violence into safe, permanent housing. You will receive a $1000 bonus, plus 4 months rent paid upfront after lease signing. The rent guidelines are as follow:

1 BR  $1,268.00

2 BR  $1,515.00

3 BR  $1,825.00

If you are interested send me a message and I will give you more information and what needs to be done to get started.

I'm unsure if they will work with landlords in #Upstate NY, but will inquire.

Thank You,

Elizabeth Sylvince
