But think of it this way, if that person were to do the exact opposite of their promises/their word/or opposite of what's spelled out in your contract, what safety measures do you have to reclaim your hard-earned/hard-saved cash? 

If you are 14 weeks into a 15 week program, I would not be expecting you to want a refund on your payment.

Did you make your millions from cash flow or appreciation?   

They have consistent rent payments but from what I've been reading it sounds like there is no way to use this to qualify.

., this I think is longer term implosions as I am seeing people who absolutely should not be buying a home as they have no money buy them sub-to because of little down payment and will eventually lose the property and that is when many whose mortgages are still on the property come out and sue.

this isn't an option for everyone based on family situation and lifestyle, but I know multiple people who have sequentially house hacked their way to a portfolio of 5-15 units in 5-10 years simply by using their monthly housing payment.

When they don’t share the numbers proudly, it is usually a negative cash flow situation.
