He's a member of the Mohawk valley association of realtors.

Or at the very least, you could get a single tie-breaker stock, you don't want to butt-heads.  

Hello I am new to real estate wholesaling i have a question about what do you do when ever you are working a deal with a seller that has home owners association do you need to pay them something for putting the house under ccontract do they need to give you some kind of ok
