Utica, NY: Property Management Recommendations

I'm under contract on a duplex in the Utica area and looking for property management recommendations. I'm not seeing many option for Utica in general when I search the services section here at BP, and the few companies I found online have pretty poor reviews. Anyone here have a property manager they use and would recommend?
