@Daniel Hans, You can find a Mobile Notary to Notarize the documents. when i took my notary licensing class before i became a licensed notary, we were taught that a mobile notary can drive to the person that needs their service notarize the documents and also drop it off if needed.

@Daniel Beaston find a great deal and then present it to someone that has interest in real estate and capital- it may be an uncle, cousin, friend from HS that is now doing very well.

Daniel no, a guy who is a very successful showed me several.ways to knockdown the capital gains..no just knowing how to find deals many dbt hell i have shown people how to find deals in their markets with crazy profits..some of it is my agent and some me..one deal i got for 685k arv was 1.5m in a very busy market.
