Let them know you noticed that they handled an all cash purchase for (property address).

It is a monthly amount you set aside for future liabilities and issues that may need to be addressed. 

We have charge accounts at Lowes, Locke a Supply, etc. and every purchase at suppliers we require a PO # which is the house address for the items purchased.  

If your county does have online tax records, you can search by address and get the owner's information.

Is there a way that I can get a list of those properties from hpd or enviornmental control board with out putting in specific property address information?

. / current address / current employer and employers phone number / previous address / current landlords contact number / etc.  

Property county appraisers office has owners contact info and mailing address if different. 

I definitely won't bring up the family issues when addressing my tenant.
