property finder
this question would be more directed towards someone that lives in nyc. However anyone can feel free to answer this question. The more replies the better :) I want to look up properties that have housing code violations in my city. Is there a way that I can get a list of those properties from hpd or enviornmental control board with out putting in specific property address information? I then want to contact the owners, ask them if they would like to sell and then refer those leads to the investors I work for. Thanks in advance!
