@Gonzalo Escobar For the phone system you propose, it sounds like you may run into an issue with your tenants not wanting their cell numbers posted on the street (I know I wouldn't here in SF or anywhere really.)

Ever so slowly, inch by inch, these cars find their way into the street where they are subject to local towaway laws.

@Jay Hinrichs -  I think I'm too young to have enough money to be exposed to that, but I read Wolf of Wall Street, which went into way more detail about the actual scheme than the movie did!

None of the folks I mentioned that I've talked to on the street appear to be under 40. 

The prices offered by one TK that I am looking at are in the $70K range but I’m finding homes (that “appear” well kept) on sale on the same street or right next to it in the $20-40K range.

I didn't wish to reveal the actual unit for rent, so I listed it as 123 Main Street and everything seemed fine, but the Zillow listing went inactive the next day.

Then there are also those deals on one street over where the market wont pay more than $75 or $80 even if it's all brand new.
