Charleston, SCFor the past 10 years the economic growth has been in the top 40 cities based on the Milkin Institute’s reports.The major industry is manufacturing of transportation with Mercedes and Boeing investing in facilities in the area.The Port of Charleston allows for easy importing and exporting from the city.While there is a high-tech sector, Charleston is not as reliant as other high growth cities.Charlotte, NCWith the exception of 2009-2012, the economy has been in the top 30 cities for economic growth based on the Milkin Institute’s reports over the past 10 years.The economy is less reliant on technology compared to other high-growth cities.Instead it relies on state policies to entice companies to relocate to the state.

HI Mary, In NJ, the advance notice to be given by either landlord or tenant who wants to end the relationship varies according to the type of leasehold:Periodic estates have varying requirements:An estate from year to year requires three months' notice;A month-to-month tenancy requires one month's notice; andA week-to-week tenancy requires one week's notice.For your particular situation, I don't think you need to offer them incentive to move out unless you want to.Best regards,Lee

You learned a expensive lesson, in the future when someone gives notice make arrangements to view unit before they move, and before you plan on showing it so condition can be noted, give tenant check sheet to let him know what is expected to be cleaned.. this way your not surprised when the bathroom floor was used as a outhouse probably by a pet.. 5 take photo's of unit once it's show ready and save for your advertising.. you have it then and don't have to rely on taking them again for marketing purposes.
