Vacation Rental Recommendation

Hello Guys!

My wife and I wanted to see if anyone on here can recommend a company in the Cancun area and/or Belize where we can buy a vacation rental. We live in Austin TX so we would have to rely on a solid company who won't rip us off and who can manage the property or refer someone who can. We are leaning towards a detached home but are open to condos as well.
